Morgen receives All-America Honorable Mention; White named finalist for WBCA Coach of the Year

WALTHAM, Mass. – Niya Morgen was named an All-American Honorable Mention, and C White is a finalist for NCAA DII Coach of the Year, the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced Wednesday.

Morgen was named to the All-Northeast 10 First Team following her junior season in 2025-26. She also earned All-Region Second Team from the D2 Conference Commissioners Association.

Morgen finished the 2025-26 season as the Falcons' leading scorer, averaging 14.2 points per game.

During the NCAA East Regional Semifinal against Daemen (March 14), Morgen reached 1,000 points for her Bentley career. She needed just 94 games to reach the milestone.

Morgen scored 20+ points in five games this season, including a high of 25 points against Saint Michael's (Dec. 6).

Although Bentley graduated four starters from last year's NCAA Elite Eight team, the Falcons remained a regional powerhouse thanks to White's leadership. Bentley posted a 23-5 overall record this year, and they were in the WBCA national ranks for the entire season – peaking at No. 9.

This season White was named the NE10 Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year.
