WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley women's lacrosse hosts its 2026 Senior Day on Saturday prior to the team taking the field against Franklin Pierce. The game gets underway at 1:00 pm with Senior Day festivities starting at 12:40.
Seven student-athletes will be recognized who have been key contributors to the program over the last four years;
Hailey Bardorf,
Natalia Dutkewych,
Peytyn Gies,
Caitlin Keenan,
Betsy Norko,
Kristy Norko and
Sophia Pope.
The Falcons have won three out of their last four games. A three-game winning streak from March 18-25 was halted on Saturday with an 18-13 defeat at Saint Anselm. The winning streak featured victories over Felician, Assumption and Southern New Hampshire.
Bentley will enter Saturday's game with a 2-2 NE10 record, which has them in a tie for fourth place.
Over the last five contests, the Falcons have averaged 16.6 goals per game. Sophomore midfielder
Callie Burchill is tied for ninth in the NE10 in goals with 24. Keenan is 10
th in the league in assists with 14. Dutkewych, who leads the squad with 33 points, is 11th in the league.
During the three-game winning streak, the Falcons held each opponent to under 10 goals, including a shutout of Felician on March 18. They held Assumption to just seven goals and SNHU to nine.
Junior
Lauren Rochel, who was the IWLCA Division II Defensive Player of the Week on March 24, is third in the NE10 in goals against average (11.95) and fifth in save percentage (43.6).
Saturday's opponent Franklin Pierce is 1-4 in the NE10 and 4-6 overall. Their most recent outing was a 15-10 defeat against Southern Connecticut on Tuesday.
Following Saturday's game, Bentley's next two are on the road. They face AIC on April 10 and Southern Connecticut on April 15.
