SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – Sophomore Braden Yeomans led the Bentley men's golf team to first place in the American International Yellow Jacket Invitational at the Ledges Golf Club. The three-round event, which concluded Thursday was the first tournament of the year for Bentley. It is the Falcons' first tournament win since 2021.

Results

Yeomans placed second overall by shooting 68-70-73-211. His first round score is a career best for one round. Yeomans finished the tournament just one stroke behind the individual winner.

Senior Jack Kantowski shot 72-70-74-216, an even par score that was good for fifth place. John Noonan also cracked the top 10 by shooting 75-71-74-220, good for a tie for eighth place.
 
Bentley's next outing is the Granite State Opener hosted by Southern New Hampshire, Sept. 23-24, at Beaver Meadow Golf Course in Concord, N.H.
