WALTHAM, Mass. – Tommy Murphy has been named the Northeast 10 Men's Golf Rookie of the Week, the conference announced Thursday.

Murphy led the Falcons to second place in the Penmen Fall Invitational (Sept. 29). He shot a 69 in the single-round event, as Bentley finished just two strokes behind first-place Southern New Hampshire at Concord Country Club.

Through three tournaments this season, Bentley has placed first twice, and claimed one second-place finish.

Bentley's next tournament is the Saint Anselm Invitational, Oct. 7-8, at Candia Woods Golf Links.
