WALTHAM, Mass. – A home playoff spot is in the sights of the women's soccer team when they close out the regular season on Wednesday night at AIC. Kickoff is set for 7:00 pm in Springfield.

Bentley enters the final day of the regular season tied for fourth place in the standings with Saint Michael's, both with 13 points. The Purple Knights hold the tiebreaker, so Bentley will need to finish ahead of them to have a home playoff game in the first round on Sunday. Saint Michael's hosts Assumption.
Adelphi, Franklin Pierce and Southern N.H., have secured the top-three spots. The final home spot will go to either, Bentley, Saint Michael's or Saint Anselm.
Last Time Out
Bentley defeated Pace 1-0 on Saturday to complete an unbeaten regular season at home, at 5-0-4.

Series History
Bentley leads the all-time series over AIC 16-15-3. This is the second match of the season between these teams. Bentley won a non-conference game at home 2-0 on Sept. 18.
