Falcons Visit Pace on Saturday With Two NE10 Matches Left

WALTHAM, Mass. – With just two matches left in the regular season, Bentley visits Pace on Saturday with kickoff in New York set for 3:00 pm.

As the season enters the home stretch the NE10 standings and the battle for playoff spots are very tight. Four teams, Bentley, Assumption, Pace and Southern New Hampshire, are separated by just two points for the final two playoff spots.

Saint Anselm, Franklin Pierce, Saint Michael's and Adelphi have created separation at the top of the standings.

Bentley (5-6-3, 2-4-1 NE10) is looking to get back in the win column after dropping games against Southern New Hampshire and Saint Anselm last week.

Through this point of the season, Sydney DeRoche is in the top-10 in the NE10 in both goals and points. She's T-9th in goals with six and 10th in points with 15.

Last season's game between Bentley and Pace saw the Falcons win at home 1-0. Bentley has won three straight in the series, including a 2-1 victory on their last visit to Pleasantville during the 2023 season.

The Setters enter Saturday's match at 8-7 overall and 3-4 in the NE10. They have won two straight, 4-1 over AIC on Oct. 25 and 10-0 over Staten Island in a non-conference game on Oct. 29.

After Saturday's game, Bentley closes out the regular season on November 5 at home against American International.
