WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley women's basketball team quickly shook off the rust from the 2025-26 season-opener, and the Falcons aim to keep a hot shooting hand when they travel to the College of Staten Island Tuesday, Nov. 25, for a 5 p.m. tipoff.

Finding the touch
Bentley shot 42.4-percent from the floor (17.4-percent from 3-point range) in the first game of the season – a 64-61 loss against Mercy (Nov. 15). Green light is on
Junior

Orlando quickly blooms
FreshmanÂ
Ava Orlando led Bentley in scoring with 15 points off the bench against Georgian Court (Nov. 16). For a brief moment, Orlando held a Bentley record during the game. She hit her first five 3-point attempts, but missed her sixth and final attempt from distance. Orlando would have set the program record for most made 3-pointers without a miss. Eight different Falcons in program history have gone 4-for-4 from 3-point range.

Developing role
Junior transfer
Kayana Armbrister scored 15 points in Bentley's win at Southern New Hampshire (Nov. 19), marking her first game as a Falcon in double figures. She shot 6-for-10 from the floor, swiped a couple steals, and came up with a block.
Â
The door's open
Sophomore
