Ansh Chadha and
Albert Soukup each won two matches as Bentley defeated Southern New Hampshire 4-3 in its first match of the season.
It's Bentley's first win over the Penmen since the 2014-15 season.
The Falcons won the doubles point by winning in the No. 2 and No. 3 matches. Chadha and
Dante Massetta won in No. 2 (6-0) and
Nikolai Pran and Soukup in No. 3 (7-5).
In singles, Chadha won in No. 2 by a 6-3, 4-6, 7-5 score and
Ryan Reda won in No. 4, 6-4, 6-1.
With the match tied 3-3, Soukup clinched the match in No. 5, 6-7, 6-3, 7-5.
The Falcons will next play on Sept. 20 at Saint Michael's.
