NFHCA Names Moore Offensive Player of the Week

WALTHAM, Mass. – The National Field Hockey Coaches Association named Bentley's Gracie Moore it's Division II Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday.

Moore had six points, two goals and two assists, in victories over Assumption and Molloy last week.

She produced the game-winning goal against the Greyhounds, breaking a 1-1 tie with a goal 5:48 into the third quarter.  In the victory over Molloy she notched one goal and one assist.

Moore was also named the Northeast 10 Conference Player of the Week on Monday.

A senior midfielder from Pittsfield, Maine, she was selected for the inaugural Allstate NACDA Good Works Team (Fall) by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics in August.

The Falcons visit Saint Michael's on Wednesday night at 6:00 pm for their next game.
