Doran explorin' new heights
Sophomore
Brennan Doran scored a career-high 19 points during Bentley's 64-60 win at American International this week (Feb. 11). She shot 7-for-9 from the floor, and she made seven of her nine free-throw attempts. Doran's previous career-high in scoring was 13 points, which she achieved twice this season.

Precious Julia-ry
Julia Elie notched her fourth double-double of the season at AIC (Feb. 11), scoring 12 points to go with 11 rebounds. She is the team's second-leading rebounder this season, averaging 6.2 boards per game (
Kayana Armbrister averages 6.3).

Senior point guard and team captain
Cassidy Yeomans is tied for the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.9). She dished out a career-high 11 assists against AIC earlier this season (Jan. 14).

Outpacing the Greyhounds
Bentley beat Assumption, 59-55, in Worcester earlier this season (Jan. 17).
Niya Morgen had 13 points and eight rebounds, while
Cassidy Yeomans finished with 12 points.
Cherish Bryant added 13 points off the bench.

Shooters gonna shoot
Bentley leads the NE10 in field-goal percentage, hitting 44.4-percent of their shots from the floor. No other conference team is shooting so much as 42.0-percent from the floor.
Julia Elie (50.0-percent) ranks third in the NE10 for field-goal percentage, while
Kayana Armbrister (49.0-percent) ranks fifth, and
Cherish Bryant (46.7-percent) ranks seventh.

Bentley (17-3, 13-1 NE10) sits alone atop the NE10 standings. Southern Connecticut (17-5, 12-2), which lost to Assumption this week (Feb. 10), is in second place. Assumption (17-5, 9-5 NE10) and American International (15-7, 9-5 NE10) are tied for third place in the NE10 standings.

Scouting Assumption (17-5, 9-5 NE10)
Earlier this week the Greyhounds pulled off a win over Southern Connecticut, 54-48. SCSU had been tied with Bentley for first place in the NE10. Assumption's scoring defense ranks second in the NE10, as it allows just 53.9 points per game. It is also the conference's second-best rebounding team, averaging 39.5 rebounds per game. Teegan Curren (14.6) is the team's leading scorer, and Emily Collins (11.8) is the team's No. 2 scorer. Thai Davis (8.0) is the conference's fourth-leading rebounder.
