WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley women's soccer once again moved up in the Division II national rankings this week, this time all the way up to #3, following Saturday's win over Saint Anselm.

Division II national poll

Saturday's win over the Hawks improved Bentley's record to 7-0, which broke the program record for consecutive wins to begin a season. It also equaled the overall school record for consecutive wins of seven, set by the 1996 team.

The Falcons have moved up in the IWSOC DII Top 25 Coaches Poll in partnership with United Soccer Coaches in four straight weeks after debuting in the poll at #24 on Sept. 2.

They moved up to #17 one week later, jumped to #7 on September 15 and rose to #5 last week.

Bentley is one of just two teams in Division II to win every match so far this season. #2 Dallas Baptist (9-0) is the other. Florida Tech (7-0-2) remained at #1 for the fifth straight week.

The Falcons next play on Wednesday when they host Southern New Hampshire at 3:30 pm.
