WALTHAM, Mass. – Ten members of the 2026 Bentley softball team earned Scholar Athlete honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), the organization announced this week.

Bentley's recipients are Maddie Baker, Bella Burke, Carly DiMento, Hailey Feiler, Becca Harris, Sophie Jorjorian, Breelin McDougal, Jess Morrison, Maddie Pickett, and Taylor Zajac.

Of that group, Burke, Harris, Morrison, and Pickett previously earned Academic All-District from College Sports Communicators (CSC). Burke and Harris also landed on the Northeast 10 Spring Academic All-Conference Team.

First-year head coach Brook Capello led the 2026 Falcons to the postseason, marking the program's fifth consecutive year playing beyond the regular season. Bentley made its postseason push by winning 10 games in a 14-game stretch.
