WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley had 21 student-athletes named to the Northeast 10 Spring Academic All-Conference team, it was announced on Thursday.
Criteria for selection is having at a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or better and being named to an All-Conference team.
Baseball had the most players selected among Bentley teams with six. Outfielders
Nick Pappas and
Brendan Sencaj, pitchers
Pat Heber,
Zach Eigenbrod and
Keegan Antelman and second baseman
Curt Heath represented the Northeast 10 and NCAA East Region champions.
Sencaj, Pappas, Heber and Antelman are all repeat selections from 2025.
Women's lacrosse had four players honored, seniors
Natalia Dutkewych and
Caitlin Keenan and sophomores
Callie Burchill and
Autumn Mathews.
Kennan is on the Academic All-Conference team for the second straight year.
The men's track and field team had three of its student-athletes honored,
Ryan Orr,
Rocco Bueti and
Michael Eddy. Orr and Bueti are on the spring Academic All-Conference team for the second straight year.
Women's track and field is represented by
Lily Tedford and
Amelia Luetjen. Tedford, the NE10 Outdoor champion in the 1,500 meter, is a now a three-time Academic All-Conference honoree this year after being on the fall and winter teams for cross country and indoor track, respectively.
Bella Burke and
Becca Harris from the softball team earned Academic All-Conference recognition. Both sophomore infielders, Burke was named second team All-Conference and Harris to the All-Defensive team.
The trio of
Kyle Piersiak,
Thomas Hirsh and
Dante D'Amico from men's lacrosse was selected. This is the first appearance for all three, who were all named to both the NE10 All-Conference and All-New England teams.
Jairaj Sehwani from men's tennis earned a place on the Academic All-Conference team after he was named first team All-Conference for No. 6 singles in the spring.
