WALTHAM, Mass. – Northeast 10 Champions. NCAA DII East Regional Champions. And now the American Baseball Coaches Association Team Academic Excellence Award. The Bentley baseball team recently added the academic accolade to its historic 2026 season.

The Falcons posted a 3.35 GPA as a team during the 2025-26 academic year.
Parker Coleman,
Ryan Glupe, and
Pat Heber were among the 40 Bentley student-athletes who earned the NE10 Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence.
Furthermore,
Nick Pappas was named the recipient of the NE10 Sport Excellence Award, which is bestowed to the student-athlete with outstanding academic and athletic achievement in their respective sport.
The 2026 Falcons set a plethora of program records. The team finished with a record-setting 44 wins while claiming the program's first ever conference and regional titles. Bentley traveled to Cary, N.C. to compete in the NCAA DII World Series, the Falcons were ranked top-10 nationally towards the latter end of the season.
