WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley baseball was named the New England Division II Team of the Year by the New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association.
Mike Hill was selected as the NEIBA Division II Coach of the Year.

Brendan Sencaj and
Pat Heber received individual awards from the NEIBA, with Sencaj its Division II Player of the Year and Heber the Pitcher of the Year.

Jared Berardino were all voted NEIBA All-Region All Stars.
Hill led the Falcons to a program record for wins for a second straight season. They finished the 2025 campaign at 33-15 and were nationally ranked during the season.
Hill was previously named the NE10 Coach of the Year and the NCBWA East Region Coach of the Year.
Sencaj had a monster sophomore season for the Falcons and hit .411 with 11 home runs and 67 RBI. He set program single-season records for hits (86), total bases (137), and runs (62).
He was named the NE10 Northeast Division Player of the Year, in addition to first team All-Conference, first team All-Region by D2CCA and second team All-Region by the NCBWA and ABCA.
Heber went 5-2 in 12 starts with a 3.34 ERA and 72 strikeouts. He was the NE10 Northeast Division Pitcher of the Year and second team All-Region from D2CCA, the NCBWA and ABCA.
DeMartinis clubbed 13 homers, drove in 50 and posted a 1.035 OPS. He ranked in the top-10 in the NE10 in OPS, homers, RBI, doubles and slugging percentage.
He was a first team All-Conference selection.
Pappas, also first team All-Conference, hit .304 with six home runs, 41 RBI and five triples.
Berardino batted .329 with six home runs, 34 RBI and 14 doubles. He was voted second team All-Conference.
The 2025 NEIBA Joe Walsh All-Star Game takes place on June 1 at Fitton Field on the campus of Holy Cross.
