In San Antonio, Texas in March 2011, Anne Kaduboski swam to a fifth-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly in the NCAA Division II championships and earned the second swimming All-America award in program history, just minutes after teammate Jessica Hodsdon became the first.

A day later, the most prolific swimmer in Bentley history became the program’s first multi-time All-America when she finished eighth in the 200 backstroke in a school record time of 2:01.79. Remarkably, it was the eighth school record she broke during her three days at the nationals.

That capped an outstanding career for Anne, who later served her alma mater as an assistant swim coach and is now the university’s assistant controller.

Anne graduated as the school recordholder in seven individual events and five of those still stand.

The three-time team MVP was much heralded during her four years with the list of honors including the 2011 Kay Fromer Award as the senior woman at the New England Intercollege Swimming and Diving Association championships with the most career points. The Dedham native was the 2011 NEISDA Women’s Swimmer of the Meet and stood atop the podium three times at the Northeast-10 championships and 11 times at the New Englands.
