Hall of Fame
Bentley football has featured a number of outstanding quarterbacks over the years with the list including Bryant Johnson, whose career totals included 66 TD passes, nearly 7,500 passing yards and over 8,000 yards total offense. On September 18, 2026, he became the fourth QB to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame.
Â
The first three-year captain in program history, Bryant was Bentley's starting QB as a junior in 2009, a senior in 2010 and a grad student in 2011. During those three falls, he led the Falcons to a 19-10 record while averaging over 2300 passing yards and 20 TD per season. In his final season, he was picked only 6 times while putting the ball in the air over 300 times.
Â
Bryant, who also played baseball during his final year as a Falcon, received a number of honors during his career. That impressive list includes Northeast-10 MVP in 2010 and team offensive MVP in 2010 and 2011, as well as the prestigious Swede Nelson Award from the Gridiron Club of Greater Boston in 2012.
