Hall of Fame
All-America. National Champion. And currently Bentley’s Senior Associate Athletic Director after climbing the leadership ranks at her alma mater. Courtney Finn has done it all since making her journey to Waltham from Winthrop and added Hall of Famer to that list when she was inducted on September 18, 2026.
Before becoming a key member of the athletic department’s leadership team, Courtney made her mark at Bentley as a standout on the women’s basketball team. As a graduate student during the 2013-2014 season, she helped lead the Falcons to the NCAA Division II national championship with a remarkable 35-0 season. WBCA All-America and first team All-Northeast 10 were among her honors. At the Elite Eight, she scored 30 against Drury and 21 versus West Texas A&M.
Courtney is the only player in the program’s storied history to amass at least 1,500 points, 750 rebounds, 250 assists and 150 three-pointers. The Falcons were a sensational 121-14 during her career and won 27 of 30 postseason games, cutting down the nets an incredible 8 times.
