  • During his four full seasons, Bentley was exactly 100 games over .500 with a record of 117-17, including 81-7 in regular season conference games. Falcons won the regular season championship all four seasons (outright three times, co-champs in 2005-06) and the NE-10 tournament championship twice.
  • Led Bentley to Elite Eight in 2007 and Final Four in 2008, with the team’s only two losses during those two seasons coming to Winona State (a two-year record of 73-2) at the Elite Eight in Springfield.
  • Those are the only two times in conference history a team has entered the NCAA tournament with an unblemished record, and Bentley’s string of 54 consecutive regular season wins broke a Division II record that dated back to the 1940s.
  • Fritsch and his Bentley teammates were a perfect 54-0 against conference opponents during his final two seasons (44-0 regular season, 6-0 conference championships, 4-0 NCAA regionals).
  • Scoring average increased each season of career.
  • On Bentley’s all-time lists, ranks third in games and three-point percentage, fourth in blocks, eighth in minutes, ninth in defensive rebounds, 11th in free throw percentage, 13th in rebounds and 17th in points.
